Welcome to Mindfuse!
Mindfuse is an anonymous platform that enables you to connect with others in a safe and private manner.
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, without exceptions. You register with your phone number and provide your age. All AIs, bots, or automated systems are excluded from using our services.
Even though Mindfuse is anonymous, we take the protection of your data very seriously. Our Privacy Policy describes what information you share with us and how we handle it.
Mindfuse operates on a subscription model. The current price is $3.99 USD per month, billed through the Apple App Store. This subscription grants full access to all platform features.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. Mindfuse does not issue refunds directly.
You can delete your subscription and permanently remove your phone number from our database using the "Delete Subscription" button inside the Mindfuse app.
We rely on the community to help keep Mindfuse safe. If you encounter inappropriate behavior, you are encouraged to report it through the in-app reporting function. Repeated violations may result in permanent removal from the platform.
Mindfuse has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or activity that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform, as well as reporting to relevant authorities.
Mindfuse complies with all applicable laws regarding child safety and cooperates fully with law enforcement in investigations related to child exploitation.
Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation are published in accordance with Google Play's requirements. You can review Google Play's CSAE policy here: Google Play CSAE Standards.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Mindfuse at any time, particularly in cases of violations of these Terms or abusive behavior.
By registering, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. This license is revoked if your account is suspended or deleted.
By using our services, you agree that Mindfuse's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for user behavior or network issues outside our control.
Mindfuse may link to external websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes occur, we will notify users at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of Mindfuse after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the legal jurisdiction of the Netherlands.
